Patch to /usr/ports/net-mgmt/monitoring-plugins port files

The patch to configure is wrong because the changes are applied in a
non-reached if/elif/else cascade.

The attached corrected patch to configure now makes the 'j' flag to
'check_procs' work.

With the current ports version, the 'j' flag had no effect at all, matching all
processes with all other criteria, but not the jail id.

This bumps the port revision to 2, while keeping the port version.
