sudo 1.9.14p3 randomly hangs, for a very long time.
It consumes all the CPU until it returns.

It does not happen every time it is run but often.

I have tested this on FreeBSD 13.1 and 13.2

If I downgrade to 1.9.13p3 it works just fine.
