Some of the lines in the fontconfig files conflict with the ones from
/usr/local/etc/fonts/conf.avail/60-latin.conf.  This was fixed upstream in
https://github.com/dejavu-fonts/dejavu-fonts/commit/d9ee532b4f0a879372bdb006ac85d7807629ea98
