Commit 4409f4891a8fe2f7c547961ca57c00b2fb578c59, which upgraded Givaro to
4.2.0, broke math/linbox.

To unbreak linbox, it must be upgraded to 1.7.0 Sablet, but it does not compile
on -CURRENT, because Givaro installs headers containing incompatible code.
