fix and update to version 2.5.30

adding "--enable-embedded-cryptopp" to CONFIGURE_ARGS fixes the issue by using
buildin cryptopp version. So "libcryptopp.so:security/cryptopp" can be removed
as adependency.

This fix comes from FreeNAS.

Version changed to 2.5.30 and pkg-plist regenerated.
