The auto-generated github distfile is not the same as the official distfile
provided on the project website. Please only use the USE_GITHUB=yes distfile
if that is indeed the official distfile of the project or if there is a
technical reason not to use the official distfile.
Note that your patch changes the behaviour of the program: it now no longer
ignores the TZ environment variable. I hope this change was intentional. As
upstream merged the patch, it probably was.
Please change back to the official distfile or provide a technical reason for
using the github distfile. Will recheck your patch after that. Looks fine
otherwise.
