For example: 

root@mowa219-gjp4-8570p-freebsd:~ # service netdata status
netdata is not running.
root@mowa219-gjp4-8570p-freebsd:~ # sysrc netdata_enable
netdata_enable: YES
root@mowa219-gjp4-8570p-freebsd:~ # service netdata restart
netdata not running?
Starting netdata.
