I have moved to Python 3.10 and llvm12 forces me to install 3.9. According to
https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-ports/commit/04945857ab7af0a5a94ecc472d80efb4a6abfd8e
this was done in good spirit with py-sphinx. Nowaways, this isn't an issue
anymore:

Please lift this limitation and MFH to 2023Q3.

OpenJDK 11+ requires this as a build time dependency.
