Most scripts under /usr/share/examples do not have +x, perhaps most aren't
expected to be executed directly.

Since we reference this one from uefisign(8) it should indeed be addressed, but
I'm not sure off hand which of the following we should do:

- set +x on uefikeys
- add explicit `sh` in uefisign(8)
- move uefikeys out of /usr/share/examples
