Likely regressed by ports fa93fdc383c1. devel/icu no longer has an impact on
wwn/node but portmaster/portupgrade users may not have migrated to www/node18
because www/node version didn't change.
A quick fix is to sync PORTVERSION (not bump PORTREVISION). Alternatively,
PORTVERSION needs to be derived via USES=nodejs because the major version is
now controlled by DEFAULT_VERSIONS.
