rsync manpages are generated by the upstream project from a markdown file as
part of the release process. So if a fix has to be done, it will be on the
upstream code, and more precisely in md-convert[1] python script.

So I agree with fernape@, the fix has to be done in upstream code and
integrated in the next release.
