Since FreeBSD has migrated also on 13.1-RELENG towards php 8.1, port/package
www/glpi has been deleted due to build incompatibilities on FreeBSD platforms
when using php 8.1.
In the result, all users of FBSD 13.1 now are lacking www/glpi (as far as I can
check it, even "quarterly" ports repositorium doesn't have www/glpi anymore as
active package).
