The file /usr/local/bin/documentserver-update-securelink.sh contains in line 36
a wrong path:

JSON="/var/www/onlyoffice/documentserver/npm/json -q -f ${LOCAL_CONF}"

The correct path would be:

/usr/local/www/onlyoffice/documentserver/npm/json
