Patch for mongodb60

A few more additions on top of Roland's first patch

* Remove dependency of binutils, use llvm-ar instead
* Use (lib)stemmer and (lib)yaml from ports
* Fix removal of (lib)zstd/zstandard directory
* Drop -ggdb flag during compilation
* Fix compilation when using boost library from ports (based on patches in
mongodb50 port)
