Patch for x11-wm/piewm/Makefile to update WWW & MASTER_SITES entries.

The current WWW entry in x11-wm/piewm /Makefile points to
http://www.crynwr.com/piewm/, which no longer seems to exist.

Stefan Eßer suggested making use of the Wayback Machine to get something
plausibly useful; he also pointed out that the Wayback Machine could be used to
fetch the distfiles.  Accordingly, I have (also) augmented the MASTER_SITES
specification to include the Wayback Machine.  While I was there anyway, I also
copied the 1.01, 1.02, and 1.03 tarballs from the Wayback Machine to the other
locations.
