"git diff" to update two ports

- Update two ports sharing the same distribution:
        security/p5-openxpki and security/p5-openxpki-i18n 
        3.20.0 -> 3.22.0 (stable bugfix release)

- "portlint -AC"  is happy.
- "portclippy Makefile" is happy.
- "portfmt -D Makefile" gives non-relevant warnings.
- "rclint -v files/openxpki.in" gives non-relevant warnings.

poudriere 3.3.7_1
perl 5.32.1_1
openssl 1.1.1o
ssl=base
- During build, non-relevant warns are issued about possible redundant use of 
modules from perl core.
