Before and after installing taskwarrior: 

% taskwarrior-tui
[taskwarrior-tui error]: Unable to run `task show`.

A configuration file could not be found in /home/grahamperrin

Would you like a sample /home/grahamperrin/.taskrc created, so Taskwarrior can
proceed? (yes/no) 
Cannot proceed without rc file.
