devel/objconv: update to 2.54

- change maintainer's mirror to use /pub instead of user directory

A bug fix release.  Upstream changes:

 - fix problem with ELF files having same string table for symbols and
   sections (generated by rustc compiler)

Tested with Poudriere on armv7 arm64 FreeBSD 12.3 13.1.
Please MFH this patch release if possible.
Upstream ships the changelog in the distfile only.  Please keep the changelog
in the commit message.
