On Sept. 7, support for 13.0 was removed from the ports tree.

As a result, drm-fbsd13-kmod was removed, and drm-kmod now depends on
drm-510-kmod instead (for 13.x versions).

On a stable/13 system, drm-510-kmod is broken (inserting i915kms.ko freezes the
system). The previous port still works fine.

I'm using
FreeBSD 13.1-STABLE #27 n252850-6b2bbf4ecaa
on an intel skylake box (Intel HD graphics 520)
