patch to update sysutils/zrepl to 0.6.0

This patch will update sysutils/zrepl to version 0.6.0

It will also resolve https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=266815

It should be noted that the RPC protocol version was bumped; all zrepl daemons
in a setup must be updated and restarted before replication can resume.
