By the by I just want to clarify one more thing that is this specific issue is
actually for ports consumers only. If you try to build the ports in poudriere
and use those that will be perfectly fine.

Just make sure that you have the following lines in your make.conf:

WITH_MPM=event
OPTIONS_SET+=ZTS

And although I am not sure but this problem often occurs when you are upgrading
the ports. Someone told me that if you do clean install like when there are no
php ports installed it works fine.
