Hi!

There is a new bunch of courier packages. [1] I'd like to update the ones I
maintain ports for, and to get there I also need to update sysconftool.

So I'm attaching a patch for you to approve.

I also noticed the port was creating absolute relative symlinks, I fixed that
by using install(1).
