There arn't many changes so you might just want to apply them directly.

I managed to fix my environment and my latest build produced a working eclipse
binary. Eclipse started fine, but its late so I dont have time to see how well 
it works. My machine has webkit2-gtk3-2.34.6_3 built from ports, in the past I
have manually patched this to get eclipse to work, but I think this is just the
ports version.
