Patch file for the audio/pasystray port

pasystray is a tray icon allowing to control PulseAudio from your tray bar.  

- make stage ok
- make stage-qa ok
- make install ok
- make desinstall ok
- make package (as user) ok

portlint, portclippy and portfmt ok
