patch for installing manual pages to be accesible with man(1)

The bundler gem is published with a number of manual pages, such that would be
available under the pathname where the gem is installed.

On some Linux distributions, for instance openSUSE, those manual pages may be
available directly with the host 'man' cmd, without a modified MANPATH.

The patch, as attached, would install the bundler manual pages under MANPREFIX.

Symbolic links would also be installed, as for each of the Gemfile.5 (to
gemfile.5) and bundler.1 (to bundle.1) manual pages.

This might serve to make that documentation available under man(1). Of course,
most of the bundler documentation, excepting Gemfile(5), would also be avilable
under a shell cmd like `bundler [cmd] --help'
