according to the sabre.io website and documentation (even inside 4.3.1 archive)
the latest official release is 3.2.3.

I would suggest to update the existing port to 3.2.3 (trivial change)
and create a new port named www/sabredav-devel.

If someone jumps in to do this I am fine with this.
