I updated steam-utils' git repo (but not the port yet). Issues found with this
Proton update so far:

1. There is a "err:winediag:gnutls_process_attach Compiled without DH support."
warning we probably want to eliminate.
2. A few games got stuck at DX setup in my testing, this will take some time to
troubleshoot.
