databases/sqsh: fix build with FreeTDS 1.2

Fix the build by importing a patch from OpenBSD.

Also take up maintainership of this unmaintained port.

Please MFH if possible.

Tested with Poudriere on armv7 i386 amd64 FreeBSD 13.
