Good catch Danilo.

There are a couple of things I don't understand though.

First, I am unable to reproduce this in my poudriere instances.

Second, shouldn't the network access be disabled completely during build phase?
Then, why other dependencies can be downloaded? In fact it seems only entgo.io
fails. Downloading from github or google seems to work. Unless those other
dependencies are cached somewhere and are not being actually downloaded.
