It would be very helpful to have the rpcapd deamon available.  It is in the
libpcap distribution but not built by the port.  As near as I can tell, simply
adding --enable-remote=yes to the CONFIGURE_ARGS enables it to build
successfully and then just adding the handful of files to the pkg-plist.  Is
there some reason I'm overlooking that this isn't included in the build?
