I think, the line is wrong;
<https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-src/search?q=nsysctl> and
<https://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=nsysctl&sektion=8&manpath=FreeBSD+14.0-current>
find nothing. 

It's a neat utility :-) however as far as I can tell, it is not integral to the
operating system.
