net/rospo: update to 0.9.1

- generate and package shell completion files

Selected upstream changes:

 - improved documentation
 - implemented a tunnel throughput system:
   now you can view stats into the ui
 - removed no more needed pipe concept and related command.
   You can do almost all with the tunnel concept.

Tested with Poudriere on armv7 arm64 FreeBSD 13.
