Patch to update devel/gocheese to 3.5.0

This patch will update devel/gocheese to the latest version 3.5.0
Due to numerous upstream code changes it is now possible to build it with a
GOPATH mode instead of no_targets mode.

It should be noted that the gocheese command-line options have undergone
significant changes (most of the important is the deprecation of the "-root"
one) so custom start-up scripts should be modified to accommodate them.

This patch was tested on FreeBSD 13.0-RELEASE-p11 amd64 host.
Such basic functionality as proxying and local repository is working fine.
