sysutils/zogftw: Update to 0.0.2022.06.25

The attached patch updates sysutils/zogftw to 0.0.2022.06.25.

Changes:
    - After synchronising a dataset, store the last snapshot as
      property so it can be looked up faster. This can speed up
      the synchronisation process by several minutes if the disk
      is slow (for example USB2) and the receiving datasets have
      lots of snapshots.
    - Add a "update-last-snapshot-properties" subcommand to put the
      last-snapshot property on all the receiving datasets without
      waiting that they receive updates.
