Xfce DE problem about xfce4-appfinder

I have installed FreeBSD 13.1.

The procedures are like these.

    pkg install xorg xfce xfce4-goodies lightdm lightdm-gtk-greeter
ko-ibus-hangul noto-kr noto-basic noto-extra noto-emoji

    sysrc dbus_enable=YES

    sysrc hald_enable=YES

    sysrc lightdm_enable=YES

After reboot. (abbreviate setup process graphics drm(amdgpu, i915... etc),
nvidia-driver )

Xfce DE starts well and I can run xfce4-appfinder. (from the second panel icon)

Now, it's the time xfce4-appfinder shut.

    First run xfce4-appfinder, No problem, not at all.

    xfce Logout

    Login xfce

    Run xfce4-appfinder. Then, there is no respond.

    Ctrl + Alt + F2 to console screen

    service dbus stop

    service lightdm stop

    service dbus start

    service lightdm start

    login to xfce(lightdm)

    click xfce4-appfinder but, no respond too.
    run xfce4-appfinder again, again
    you can see many many xfce4-appfinder process 

same as no lightdm startx (.xinitrc (exec /usr/local/bin/startxfce4)).

same as slim logon manager.

What is the problem? Why xfce4-appfinder has run only well after first boot
first run.

Other FreeBSD version 12.2 and 13.0 have the problem too.
