           Summary: science/netcdf: fails to configure

           Version: Latest

                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Only Me
          Priority: ---
         Component: Individual Port(s)

Hi,

I just tried building NetCDF using portmaster and it failed to configure. The
end of the log is:

===>  Script "configure" failed unexpectedly.
Please report the problem to sunpoet@FreeBSD.org [maintainer] and attach the
"/usr/ports/science/netcdf/work/netcdf-c-4.8.1/config.log" including the
output of the failure of your make command. Also, it might be a good idea to
provide an overview of all packages installed on your system (e.g. a
/usr/local/sbin/pkg-static info -g -Ea).
*** Error code 1

I will upload the full log files now (as well as the pkg output as it was
requested). Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Tom
