Is there a suitable replacement for lang/gcc6-aux?

If not, is it possible not to EOL it until one is available?

There are a lot of us who use ports-mgmt/synth that do not wish to move over to
ports-mgmt/poudriere.

synth-2.12: Tag: expiration_date Value: 2022-06-30
synth-2.12: Tag: deprecated Value: Depends on expired lang/gcc6-aux

A lot of us is going to be left high and dry if this goes through on June 30th.
