DEFAULT_VERSIONS+=ssl=base

uname -a above and anonymized, also forgot to mention I use base ssl. all
packages were updated with portmaster from 13.0 to 13.1, my ports tree is
current as of

commit 8d737f63df452ba29a088c70e5bc31f947ab8452 (HEAD -> main, origin/main,
origin/HEAD)

my 13.0 vm maybe slightly ahead due to syncing slightly after.
