Hi,

Thanks for the new port submission. A few notes:

- please remove PORTREVISION, it shouldn't be set for new ports

- RUN_DEPENDS=noto-emoji:x11-fonts/noto-emoji declares run dependency on
noto-emoji executable, it should be noto-emoji>0:x11-fonts/noto-emoji to be
interpreted as a package dependency

- does ddosify work without noto-emoji? can this dependency made configurable?
