Hi Maintainer

I got build failed @ latest version 9.18.3 as below
   checking for cc option to accept ISO C99... none needed
   checking for amd64-portbld-freebsd13.1-gcc... no
   checking for gcc... no
   checking for amd64-portbld-freebsd13.1-cc... no
   checking for cc... cc
   checking whether we are using the GNU C compiler... yes
   checking whether cc accepts -g... yes
   checking for cc option to accept ISO C89... none needed
   checking whether cc understands -c and -o together... yes
   checking dependency style of cc... gcc3
   checking whether the C compiler works... no
   configure: error: in
`/usr/PortsWRKDIR/usr/ports/dns/bind918/work/bind-9.18.3':
   configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables

And have never install ports of gcc
pkg list in attachment file, please check.

Rollback to 9.18.2, result:failed.
Rollback to 9.18.1 (28 Mar 2022 09:50:38 commit
hash:588a9dc7884fb6750b28a54b02a8972b554ee366 (dns/bind918: fix build)) result:
passed.

Addition strange message as below, I have no idea is it OK, please check also.
