p5-Syntax-Keyword-Try dependency is missing.

From www/ikiwiki (which consumes po4a) fallout:

From po4a NEWS:

    This introduces a NEW DEPENDENCY: Syntax::Keyword::Try

Also add missing test dependency, but note that tests are failing.
