Hi,

I've done some testing, but it does respect WRKDIRPREFIX. However, since the
port makes use of USES=go:modules and GO_MODULE=github.com/rclone/rclone it
will download rclone and all of its dependencies and drop them into
/usr/ports/distfiles/go/net_rclone (at least on my machine when using
poudriere). These are kept for when you need to compile it again.

This is not something I can change in the Makefile AFAIK.
