Updated patch file

The entry in the patch for UPDATING appears to be wrong...

+  by yourself, you can keep db5 as default by adding
+  'DEFAULT_VERSIONS+=bdb=18' in /etc/make.conf.

I suspect that setting bdb=18 will not keep db5 as default.
