Patch to update gsettings keys

This patch fix gsettings keys for suspend. Currently .gschema.xml.override has
no effect, suspend is always enabled (whereas it should be disable). Desktops
environment which depend of sysutils/gnome-settings-deamon crash when there is
no activity.
