I was noticing that 2022Q3 brings Zabbix5 up to 5.0.25, but the
net-mgmt/zabbix5-frontend-5.0.19 was left behind in this apparently LTS
release, and is now showing up as orphaned.

I took a look in the UPDATING file, but didn't see anything obvious. Any ideas?
