Hey,

gstreamer 1.19.90 is out which fixes a critical bug in the shout2send plugin
that happens with libshout>=2.4.2:
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/merge_requests/1363

Unfortunately, the current version of the shout2cast plugin doesn't work
because of that.

Can we get an update to 1.19.90 of gstreamer please?
