sysutils/snapraid: update to 12.1

Upstream changes:

 - reduce stack usage to work in enviromnents with limited stack size,
   like MUSL
 - increase the default disk cache from 8 MiB to 16 MiB.

Tested with Poudriere on armv7 FreeBSD 13.  Test suite passes.

Please MFH this update as it is a patch release.

Attention: the file ${PREFIX}/etc/snapraid.conf.sample is installed without
@sample.  This is intentional and has been discussed extensively back when the
port has been added.  Do not add @sample to pkg-plist.
