Patch configure for armv7 support on FreeBSD

Thanks for your report. Please find attached a patch for the files subdirectory
that should allow you to build devel/ocaml-opam on arm. Would you be able to
test the patch and report back (since I don't have access to a FreeBSD arm
system)?
