The port should only package a sample configuration file and it should be
installed as the configuration file only when the configuration file does not
exist yet.
Otherwise, a modified configuration file is reported as having an incorrect
checksum and the changes would get lost on the next package upgrade.

Checking for packages with mismatched checksums:
