New port mail/py-offlineimap3.

Two-way synchronization of local Maildir and IMAP folders, the python3
version of offlineimap.

Add patch [1] to fix spaces in idle folders.

portlint: ok. looks fine.
testport: ok. 13amd64.


Tested offlineimap3 via pypi for about a week and installed via a pkg for a
couple days.
